"Big Nev" opened the Six Bells Brewery in 1997, on the site of the original brewery which closed in the early 1900s. Nev hails from a family that has been brewing for four generations. He has drawn on that heritage and his own palate and imagination to create a varied and tasty range of high quality beers. Nev uses only the best quality malt and hops, and avoids added sugars and processed ingredients.
