Calendar Beers 2010

January. At-TEN-shun
At-Ten-Shun   ABV 4.2%. Colour: Golden. A refreshing relief from the excesses of the festive season, the subtle aroma and gentle hop flavour are intended to be easy on the palate.
February. Spellbound
Spellbound   ABV 4.1%. Colour: Rich Copper. A faintly sweet, grassy aroma gives way to a flavour which is both easy drinking and rich, with hints of citrus and marmalade in the finish.
March. Spring Forward
Spring Forward   ABV 4.4%. Colour: Golden. This beer is both robust and extremely quaffable! A pleasing, slightly spicy aroma leads to a fine balance of hop and nutty malt flavours.
April. Bobby Dazzler
Bobby Dazzler   ABV 4.0%. Colour: Rich Copper. The distinctive floral aroma and malt flavour open up to a pleasing fruity hop and dry finish.
May. Mayfayre
Mayfayre   ABV 4.3%. Colour: Pale Amber. This crisp refreshing ale has notes of both fruit and spice in the aroma and flavour, and a pleasing dry finish.
June. Bottom. A Midsummer Night’s Ale.
Bottom. A Midssummer's Nights Ale   ABV 4.3%. Colour: Straw. A dry, biscuity malt flavour opens to a hoppiness which is both subtle and satisfying, led in by a gentle and inviting aroma.
July. Festival Pale
Festival Pale   ABV 4.4%. Colour: Pale Amber. An interesting aroma with hints of hay and spice leads to a crisp refreshing hop and dry fruity finish.
August. Happy Daze
Happy Daze   ABV 4.2%. Colour: Dark Amber. Introduced by the heady floral aroma, the fine balance of malt and hop flavours ensures that this beer is always a firm favourite.
September. Noggin
Noggin   ABV 4.1%. Colour: Golden. A pleasing fruity aroma with a rounded, full bodied hop flavour, balanced by a hint of sweetness.
October. Old Recumbent
Old Recumbent   ABV 4.7%. Colour: Amber. One of our enduring favourites, this robust premium bitter has a fine balance of hops and malt, introduced by a gentle, faintly spicy aroma.
November. Brew 101
Brew 101   ABV 4.5%. Colour: Deep Ruby. The crisp, fruity aroma and the full bodied, rounded hop flavour lead to a superbly complex finish.
December. Brass Monkey
  ABV 4.4%. Colour: Rich Golden. Subtle slightly citrus aroma leading on to hop aroma with a lot of spice in the warm finish.
